What is included

Everything between the fences, from one team

Most Perth landscapers do the soft landscaping and bring in trades for the rest. We do the lot ourselves, which is how we can promise a date and keep it.

Design

A site visit, then a concept plan and a 3D view of the finished garden. You see levels, materials and planting before anything is dug. The design becomes the fixed price proposal, so what you approve is what gets built.

Hard landscaping

Earthworks and levels, retaining walls, paving, exposed aggregate, decking, patios and pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, shade sails, water features, and the concrete pool or spa if the plan has one.

Soft landscaping

Soil preparation for Perth sand, planting suited to the block and the amount of care you actually want to do, lawn laid and reticulated, mulch and edging. Native and waterwise where it makes sense.

Reticulation and lighting

Controller, zones and drippers designed with the planting, not bolted on afterwards. Low voltage garden lighting run before the paving goes down.

Handover and maintenance

A walk through, a care guide for the first twelve weeks, and optional maintenance visits so the garden establishes the way it was designed to.

How a residential job runs

Residential questions

Before you call

Can you work from my builder's plans or my own sketches?
Yes. Bring whatever you have. We work with builders' site plans every week, and a rough sketch of what you want is a useful starting point for the consultation.
Do you do design only, without construction?
We do. Landscape design and 3D design are available on their own, and the plan is drawn so any competent landscaper can price and build from it. Most clients keep us on for the build because the price and the date come with the design.
How long will my garden take?
For a typical Perth residential garden, two to four weeks for design and four to twelve weeks on site depending on scope. Pools, approvals and large earthworks take longer, and you will have the date in writing before we start.
What happens after handover?
You get a walk through and a care guide for the first twelve weeks. If you would rather not do the maintenance yourself, we offer short and long term maintenance programmes for the gardens we build.
